The article is devoted to explore the employer branding practices in Russian subsidiaries of multinational companies used to maintain and enhance their competitiveness on labor market. The employer rankings as a tool to develop employer brand are considered. The results based on the 1st stage of the research project demonstrate the evidence from the exploratory study about common employer branding practices in Russian subsidiaries of multinational companies.
