By continuing to use the website pureportal.spbu.ru (the “Site”) and clicking the “Accept” or “I Agree” button on the Site, I, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”, pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, hereby give my consent to the Personal Data Operator, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Saint Petersburg State University” (hereinafter, SPbU), located at 7/9 Universitetskaya Embankment, St Petersburg, Russia, 199034, to process my personal data, including: Site traffic data; user behavioural data (including pages viewed, page-view depth, and the date, time and duration of a visit, geolocation); the type of device used, the device operating system and browser type; the source from which the Site was accessed; information about a search or advertising query; completed forms; and completed user conversion actions intended to achieve particular results from interacting with the Site (including, without limitation, submitting an application, registering for a personal account, subscribing to an information newsletter, downloading materials, or paying for goods/services). I consent to the collection of the above data using the webstat.spbu.ru and Yandex Metrica services.
Data collected using the Yandex Metrica web analytics system may be transferred to the owner of that system, Yandex LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 7736207543, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1027700229193; address: 16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow, Russia, 119021). No cross-border transfer of personal data is envisaged in connection with the operation of the web analytics system.
Processing of personal data means any action (operation), or combination of actions (operations), performed by the Personal Data Operator on personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, clarification, updating, alteration, use, transfer, provision, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction and storage, as provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Personal Data Subject's personal data is processed for the following purposes: analysing user behaviour; aggregating website traffic statistics for selected periods; analysing website traffic trends; evaluating the effectiveness of traffic sources; evaluating user conversions (completed target actions); improving the website's usability and quality; and obtaining statistical information. When personal data is collected, it is not recorded, organised, accumulated, stored, clarified (updated or altered), or retrieved using databases located outside the Russian Federation.
The Personal Data Subject's personal data may be processed by automated means and/or without automated means in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

SPbU takes, or ensures the adoption of, the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision or dissemination, and against other unlawful actions involving personal data. SPbU also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject's personal data.
This consent to the processing of my personal data is effective from the moment information begins to be collected using the webstat.spbu.ru and Yandex Metrica services until the purpose of processing is achieved or consent is withdrawn.
I may withdraw my consent by submitting a written statement to the Personal Data Operator.
