The article is dediated to study of the problem of development of human resource potential of innovative entepreneuship on the example of Krasnodar Krai (region). The role of innovation activities human resource support of entrepreneurs is considered in the article as the main driving force of economic processes. Innovation activity has been analysed as a leading mechanism that directly affects the development of the economy in the Krasnodar Krai (region). Successful use of new ideas is critical for a business that is able to improve its processes, bring new and improved products and services to market, increase its efficiency and, most importantly, increase its profitability. The development of innovative entrepreneurship is a joint task for the government, society and business. Only joint efforts can lead to a high-quality result. The authors of the study proposed the development of a distance school for the development of human resource potential for innovative entrepreneurship in the Krasnodar Krai (region). It is an online platform on which a registered entrepreneur receives a theoretical course of knowledge and stage by stage inclusion in the innovation sphere, as well as a mentor (an experienced innovative entrepreneur who will provide advises and give recommendations during training. The goal of this school is to provide all entrepreneurs of the Krasnodar Krai (region) with opportunity to receive comprehensive knowledge of how to become experienced specialists in the field of innovation and effectively apply this knowledge in practice without having to go to the regional centre (the city of Krasnodar).
