The author makes an attempt to revert to the study of Turkic causative from the standpoint of theoretical linguistics. The author's attention was drawn to unusual for European languages using of causative form in some Turkic languages (in Turkish, in Yakut). Traditionally, many linguists believe that grammatical form of causative signals connection of action and object in which the object has been induced to act. According to the author's opinion, this grammatical form is a morphological indication, firstly, of the relation between action and subject, rather than object, and secondly, subject is understood as initiator of the action.
