To study the interrelations between value orientations and personality time perspective 78 4th year students were examined with Rokeach Value Survey (Leontiev modification); Morphological test of life values by Sopov, Karpushina; Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory, Van Kulsten Time Attitude Scale, adapt. L. I. Vasserman. Data processing: cluster, comparative, correlation, ANOVA analysis. Past-Positive and Present-Hedonistic orientations positively correlated with preference of moral values, and values of individualism and achievement. Students with high importance of moral values significantly stronger focus on Future, higher appreciate the activity, tangibility, and structure of Future, but give a less general emotional appreciation to Future. Values' isolation and attitudes to Present as more saturated and close in students with an unformed values' system; and focus on Fatalistic Present and attitudes to Future as less bright in students with conflicting value system were revealed.
