The purpose of the study is to identify and to analyse characteristics of job design and core self-evaluation as organizational and personal predictors of the selection of job crafting strategies.Tasks: to define the role of characteristics of job design and core self-evaluation as predictors of the selection of job crafting strategies; to identify interrelationships of job design and core self-evaluation predetermining selection of various job crafting strategies. The study analyzed core self-evaluation, job design and proactive working behavior in the modern organizational context.To examine predictors of selection of job crafting strategies 241 respondents employed in Moscow and St.-Petersburg have been surveyed.
