The article is devoted to the identification and assessment of dispositional predictors of the choice of strategies for changes in work (job crafting). A survey was conducted of employees of organizations - 100 respondents aged 18 to 70 years took part in the study. Research methods: Big Five methodology and scales of general proactivity, personal initiative, personal life position, job crafting. The results showed that general proactivity and personal initiative are predictors of strategies for "increasing structural work resources" and "increasing complexity of work requirements", and to a lesser extent "strategies for reducing work requirements". The Big Five factors can be viewed as an individual resource that inhibits or stimulates the choice of a particular job crafting strategy.
