The article describes the legal capacity of the employer to influence the behavior of the employee, as well as law enforcement practice. The current labor legislation of the Russian Federation makes it possible with its careful application to provide both harassment and mobbing for employees. At the same time, it would be incorrect to restrict the powers of the employer by law. Integrity and ethics should become the main regulator in this sphere of relations.
