N2 - A logical-linguistic model of competencies quantitative assessment of the examinee taking English language tests based on a converted -grade scale ECTS in a 7-factor space has been built to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the decision made by the examiner. The model reflects the expertise of teachers, which can be used to assess students' competence in the learning process.
