The article is dealing with the studies of the culinary cultural code and the potential of culinary vocabulary in Spanish language of Argentina which serves for creating different evaluating meanings in the phraseologisms and semantic derivatives. Linguistic diversity of Argentinian national variant of Spanish language is reflected in the culinary vocabulary including Italianisms, Anglicisms and Quechuanisms which form different types of evaluating meanings used for characterization of a human being and the world surrounding him.
