The influence of the growth temperature on physical properties of InGaN nanowires grown by molecular beam epitaxy is considered. The growth conditions for synthesis of core-shell InGaN nanowires with a high In content are determined. The samples exhibit an intensive room temperature photoluminescence from green to orange spectral range.
