The actual article analyzes the key elements of the concept of accessibility of financial services within the framework of methods, which are being used by the Bank of Russia and international organizations. Article considers the role of remote banking services, electronic money systems and payment cards in concern to the increase of availability of financial services. In particular, their characteristics are being analyzed due to the context of dependence to the existing infrastructure, their actual relevance, quality and usefulness to consumers.
