The paper of our investigation is the analysis of the media role in three Latin American countries (Costa Rica, Guatemala and Paraguay), when they come up with the manipulation in development of their economic, cultural and political cooperation with Russian Federation. A separate role is given to revealing of language (grammatical) peculiarities of the phenomenon of implication, responsible as the most important resource of the making of newspaper discourse. The research of implicit meaning, planned within the framework of pragmatic approach is strategical y directed to communicate some important information. The research identified the mostly positive reaction while illustrating the development of economic, cultural and political relations of Latin American countries with Russia .
