In article process of formation of professional competences and fund of es‐
timated means in the educational program of St.Petersburg State University is considered: "Advertizing in the creative industries" (magistracy level). The author represents scientific justification of this process in the context of institutional and reproduction and evolutionary approaches, being guided by the fixed methodical requirements of federal state educational standard 3 and also the approximate educational program for the direction of preparation 42.04.01 "Advertizing and public relations" (magistracy level).
