This article discusses the concept of culture, linguistic norm, literary language. The testing of pronunciation culture is offered on the base of an integrated listening, speaking and phonological competences test. To achieve the goal of testing pronunciation culture, basic criteria have been developed at three levels of the language: phonetic, lexical and grammatical.
