Social employment is the kind of work of disabled persons in specially created workplaces (inclusive employment) and in specially created enterprises, workshops and sites (exclusive employment). The article refers to certain problems arising in the sphere of inclusive employment. During analyzing judicial practice of employers' disputes regarding the reimbursement of expenses for providing and facilitation of workplaces, a number of problems related to the interpretation of the concept of special workplaces for disabled persons, have been disclosed.
