The article aims to highlight the fact that author's lexicography cannot ignore specific grammar features of poetic texts. It became obvious during the experimental research on Nikola Vaptsarov's poetry provided as an experiment in a format of Bulgarian- Russian explanatory author's dictionary. It's necessary to put attention on the grammar differences between the language in which the poetry is written and the language of translation/interpretation of the Dictionary. The Dictionary of Nikova Vaptsarov's poetry is a dictionary of a new type and it has no analogs. It helps to comprehend the poems of the great Bulgarian poet.
