This paper is devoted to the study of connections between value orientations and career strategies of women. Links between the preferred career strategies and leading value orientations were found. Hypotheses were tested on the relationship of value orientations that support certain social roles with career strategies that imply gender inequality; and on the relationship of values oriented towards achievement and autonomy with strategies that are less indicative of gender inequality in the organization. The hypothesis of the relationship of seniority with career advancement, and the hypothesis of the relationship of the value orientations "Hedonism" with the strategies of seeking a balance between personal life and career were also tested.
