The article the spectrum analyzer "Fluorat-02-Panorama" designed to measure the reflection spectra of the studied biological objects is presented. The technical characteristics of the analyzer are given, as well as its operation is shown. A photometric method for the analysis of hard tooth tissues and modern dental composites was chosen. The spectra of reflection of enamel-dentin junction of teeth, dentin, and intact dental tissue of patients of different ages were obtained. Spectral dependences of the following composite materials: «Harmonize Universal incisal TC», «Harmonize Intro Kit», «Harmonize A 3.5 enamel», «Harmonize A 2 enamel», «Harmonize A 2 dentin» were investigated. The creating aesthetic restorations, it is necessary to take into account the optical spectrum of both the composite and dental tissue for patients of different ages was confirmed.
