The aim of this work is to identify, analyze and generalize scientific information on the influence of early deprivation experience and psychological assistance to foster families on the daytime rhythm of cortisol secretion in children.Studies of children with social-emotional deprivation experience have shown a long-term negative impact of early deprivation on cortisol production in children in substitute (foster and adoptive) families. The effectiveness of the use of scientifically based programs of early psychological care for a positive change in the production of cortisol has been shown. The research information emphasizes that only a placement of a child with early deprivation experience into the substitute family is not enough to normalize indicators of his development.
