The results discover the interrelations of conflict-resistance, proactive work settings, subscales of compatibility of mental models, subscales of shared leadership with the sustainability of workgroups. Predictors of workgroup sustainability are proactive work settings that affect the reduction of professional burnout, as well as conflict resistance, the shared leadership, and compatibility of the members{\textquoteright} mental models.",
