The results of a pilot study aimed at studying the system of barriers and facilitators of seeking psychological help in a digital environment are presented. A sample of 50 respondents analyzed the relationship between socio-demographic characteristics, the level of interpersonal trust, individual attitudes to psychological assistance and the actual experience of online treatment. It is revealed that the key differentiating factors of seeking psychological help are specific psychological attitudes: stigmatization of mental disorders, orientation towards self-sufficiency and willingness to seek help in a crisis situation. Statistically significant differences were found between groups with different experiences and motivation to seek psychological support services in the online space, the strongest effect was recorded for setting up treatment in case of a "nervous breakdown". The data obtained make it possible to clarify socio-psychological models of seeking help in the context of digitalization and identify targets of influence to increase the demand for online psychological services.
