The relevance of this work lies in the fact that today linguoculturology is one of the most rapidly developing and elaborating scientific disciplines. The scientific novelty of the study is determined by the fact that comparison of the cultural settings of two languages allows us to define the lacunas, universal and national-specific features of Russian culture and the Russian mentality. The main purpose of this research is to detect those features of semantics and national-cultural markings of paremias, which, on the other hand, are the most comprehensive in representation of the concept of work. The main research goal is about an evident representation of universal and national-specific cultural settings, stereotypes, imageries and symbols of two different cultures, which in the future will considerably contribute to the further optimization of the process of multicultural communication and exchange of experience.
