The article discusses the features of hybrid learning as a key element of continuing education. Educational programs for hybrid training can be successfully implemented and in demand in the field of additional professional education. The article examines the conditions for the success of the application of hybrid learning. To draw conclusions about the demand for hybrid learning, the authors of the article conducted a survey using a questionnaire method.
