The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of managing the microenvironment of the organization of the service sector. There are six main elements of the microenvironment of the organization of the service sector: the enterprise itself, customers, suppliers, competitors, organizations that provide marketing services and contact audiences of the organization. It is concluded that by analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of each factor of the organization's microenvironment, it is possible to understand what problems need to be worked on, what potential the organization has, and what are the prospects for its development.
