An approach to the formation of female students’ personal subjectivity, which is expressed in the subsystems of emotional development, alertness, cognitive reserves and learning ability, on the platform of Raja Yoga, is considered in the methodological context. The aim of the study is to regulate the value rationality of physical culture with the help of general and specific for Raja Yoga teaching technologies. During a year, changes in the parameters of personal subjectivity of 42 female students aged 18 who were practicing Raja Yoga in the framework of an elective course, were recorded. The efficiency of operational processes of Raja Yoga in the attitudes and values of female students was determined by the subscales “alertness”, “emotional development”, “cognitive reserves” and “learning ability”. It is proved that the inclusion of Raja Yoga practices in the elective physical culture sets the coordinate system and the boundaries of the formation of female students’ personal subjectivity.
