There are two opposing trends in the modern labor market. On the one hand, it is traditional for industrial society the trend to the formation of a sustainable professional path, and on the other the increasing trend towards deprofessionalization and social serving in the professional space. These trends are manifested at both the institutional and personal levels, giving rise to serious problems in the labour market, in education and in the private lives of individuals.
