The article deals with certain aspects of the training of aviation personnel in the framework of the system of continuous professional training. The emphasis is placed on the features of the aviation personnel training system and its quality assessment. It is shown that the formation of the main professional educational programs should take place taking into account the requirements of professional standards and with the active participation of employer organizations, including the integration of customers (organizations of the real sector of the economy) in the educational process. Training of aviation personnel is carried out in educational organizations of civil aviation, as well as in aviation training centers. The system of personnel training should be continuous and should be based on a system of modeling the professional compliance of specialists to increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
