The increasing speed of changes in modern economy creates a demand for scientific
research of crisis management models in the context of company strategy. In this article the basics of the modern view on the anti-crisis strategy of the company are defined in the thesis. As a
result of the study, a modern model of anti-crisis strategy development was offered, the distinguishing features of which are the assessment of the effectiveness of the proactive component on
a par with the reactive one and the multidimensionality of this assessment.
