Modern education in the field of Earth Sciences, in the conditions of unification, in general is experiencing negative changes associated with the reduction of field training. An alternative, exclusively theoretical method of education reduces the range of practical skills and does not ensure the competitiveness of the specialists. If we resort to adaptation of educational practices to solve complex problems, the benefits are obvious.
