The article discusses the modern social and labor conflict related to the struggle of workers to reduce working time and bring the working day to 6 hours without lowering wages, which comprehensively solves the problem of improving working conditions, since the effect of all harmful factors of the production process with a decrease in working time is accordingly reduced . To solve this problem, we used the general scientific dialectic method, which acts as an awareness of the form of internal self-movement of the content of the studied subject, the historical method and the method of complex comparative analysis. As a result of the study, the organization structure of such a social and labor conflict is proposed, which essentially makes the strike a win-win.
