The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between the
characteristics of professional health and motivational-value components: the assessment of the possibility of implementing motives and the coincidence of the values of employees and organizations (in the context of organizational culture).
The study was conducted on a sample of 134 employees of the type "personperson" aged 21 to 49 years. According to the results of the study, positive relationships were obtained between some characteristics of professional health and the assessment of organizational culture, the possibility of realizing motives,
and involvement.
