This paper is devoted to the study of the principles of transparency in the public
administration in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In Yakutia – the Arctic region of the Russian Federation, the readiness of civil society institutions to take an active role in solving social problems is an important issue. In 2018 a study on the assessment ofsocial practices of organized interaction between the public service and the citizens in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was conducted.
