N2 - The paper aims to introduce the data-driven methods of the routine information processes analysis in supply chain. In terms of the supply chain digital transformation, the processes discovering and evaluating their potential of automation are considered essential. The paper shows quantitative methods of detection and evaluation and approach to measure their efficiency. We focus on lean manufacturing methods including customer value / business value stream mapping to find and evaluate the information processes that need to be automized. The results demonstrate that the methods described foster reducing waste of resources and improving efficiency in supply chain information processes.
