In the report made at the international seminar in October, 2006, the extensive empirical material describing strategy of three active participants of struggle against corruption, aspiring to present themselves to unsophisticated public (and to each other as well) "in white clothes" has been collected: 1) "agents of external influence"; 2) Russian internal political circles and 3) representatives of the civil society who have precisely realized, that theme of overcoming of corruption is an inexhaustible source for maintenance of their own political influence.
