Представлены данные сравнительного анализа речевого развития нормально развивающихся детей и детей с неврологическими нарушениями, воспитывающихся в условиях семьи и Дома ребенка на протяжении первых трех лет жизни. Показано, что различия в уровне речевого развития детей мак- симальны в группах нормы и депривации по пониманию детьми обращенной к ним речи взрослого, речевому репертуару детей, реализации коммуникации.

Presented below are the data of a comparative analysis of speech development in normally developing children and those having neurological disorders growing in families and in a children's home, during the first three years of life. The biggest difference shown occurs between speech development level in the children from the normal and deprivation group as to their comprehension of adult speech, the child's speech repertory, the real- ization of communication.
