The contribution is about a comprehensive epigraphic and archaeological research of three little-studied monuments of ancient Russian monumental sculpture — stone crosses located on the territory of the Izhora plateau. The material for the study was obtained during the field expeditions of the authors in 2018. Based on the paleographic and linguistic features of the inscriptions, we propose the dating of the crosses; the use of archaeological sources makes it possible to understand their historical and cultural significance. The article publishes modern drawings of the inscriptions and clarifies the dating of the Voinosolovsky cross. The inscriptions on the other two crosses — Yastrebinsky and Eliseeva Hermitage — are published here for the first time.
