Proper human resource management largely determines the pace of development of any organisation. Thus, companies are faced with a difficult task to find the right mechanisms for the effective development of their employees. The article discusses the possibility of training young generation Z employees using
VR-technologies. It was concluded that this training tool should be used based on abilities of an employee regardless of their generation.
