The relevance of the study of UX-design as a communications tool to improve interaction between theatre organizations and their site visitors is due to the increased use of the Internet as a platform of virtual communication, as well as increased competition in the theatrical market due to the emergence of a large number of Amateur theaters and theater shows. The research of UX-design technologies and their application is based on methods of observation, description, and comparison, theoretical and empirical analysis. The purpose of this article is to identify the features of managing the user experience of consumers of theater services, when they interact with the content on the site of the theater created using UX-design technologies. Achieving this goal was facilitated by solving the following tasks: defining the UX-design tools, identifying its characteristics and capabilities that can be used to create websites for theater organizations.
