This article continues the first part of a survey related to type-2 fuzzy sets and relations. Various techniques and methods of ordering type-2 fuzzy sets, including those based on pairwise comparisons, are analyzed. Existing approaches to solving multicriteria problems involving the set of feasible variants, which consists of type-2 fuzzy variables, are analyzed. The problem of multicriteria choice with a type-2 fuzzy preference relation is considered, and axioms are given, the acceptance of which guarantees the fulfilment of the Edgeworth–Pareto principle.
