However, in addition to providing high-quality translations, it is important for translators to remember about ethics and to be able to resolve disputable situations in the course of their professional activities correctly. Many translators and interpreters face ethical dilemmas in the course of their work, and in order to deal with them successfully, it is important to be aware of the existing ethical rules and sources of information about them. This article covers the general ethical rules of translators, the differences between the ethical dilemmas of translators and interpreters, and the similarities of their ethical principles.
