The ability of barrierless drop nucleation has been substantiated. All thermodynamic characteristics of heterogeneous nucleation that are necessary for kinetics and are exhibited in an experiment have been determined for conditions of practical interest when heterogeneous phase transition proceeds at small vapor supersaturation.
