Thermodynamics of stable liquid drop nucleation out of its supersaturated vapor on the nuclei of surface inactive substances soluble in drops has been considered. The ability of barrierless drop nucleation has been substantiated. All thermodynamic characteristics of heterogeneous nucleation that are necessary for kinetics and are exhibited in an experiment have been determined for conditions of practical interest when heterogeneous phase transition proceeds at small vapor supersaturation.
