The article calculates the needs of agricultural organizations of Altai Territory and East Kazakhstan in the field of agricultural machinery. The authors also consider the development of agricultural machinery of Altai Territory and adjacent territories. The article reveals the organizational form of enterprises' management falling within the local development axis and shows the effect of these enterprises functioning.",
