Data on the temperature dependence of the optical properties of Sr3Bi2O6 strontium bismuthate are given. Several linear sections were found on the diffuse reflection spectra on a logarithmic scale. It was shown that additional linear regions can be associated with electrons localized at deep biographical defects of the crystal lattice. For all detected linear sections, the main parameters of electron-phonon interactions are determined.
