N2 - Robot navigation is a popular sphere in modern science. Uncertainty can arise due to various factors, such as environmental change, inaccuracy of sensors measurements, the presence of obstacles. The paper discusses the types of navigation systems, methods for searching for a fragment on a map. The experiments carried out showed the effectiveness of the methods depending on the size of the desired fragment and map for correlation, brute force and Fourier-based methods.
