The aim of the article is to study the anticipation importance in the structure of the remote teams’ members proactive behavior in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out during a period of quarantine and partial restrictions easing. Meanwhile the respondents kept working remotely. The hypotheses consisted of the assumptions that there is the relationship between the level of anticipation development and proactive behavior, as well as the relationship between the duration of work in a remote mode and the level of proactivity. A random sample was drawn of 136 members of the remote teams aged from 24 to 55 years old (all of them have high education). 72 employees out of total number of respondents working in 9 teams were moved to a remote mode due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 64 employees are members of 6 remote teams who have been using the remote mode for more than one year, and this has nothing to do with restrictive measures due to the pandemic outbreak. Methods for collecting empirical data are the methodology "Proactive coping behavior" adapted by E. Starchenkova and the method "Ability to predict" by L.А. Regush. Statistics processing methods: Fisher's φ-test (angular transformation), Spearman's correlation coefficient. Statistically significant correlations were found out between the level of anticipation and proactivity members of the remote teams as well as between length of telecommuting and proactive coping behavior.
