In this empirical research we are looking for establishing the professional and personality features of operating personnel, the features that are related to the development of the worker's ability to keep in optimal balance his or her internal states while operating under hazardous conditions of professional activity-The balance which would exclude an overwhelming physical weariness and strongly pronounced organizational stress.
