N2 - The influence of regular cyclic-symmetric imperfections of the middle surface (dents) on the stability of the axisymmetric membrane equilibrium of a thin shell or revolution is considered. A number of special problems where the dent form coincides (or connected) with the ideal shell buckling form is studied. The perturbation method is used. The approximate formulae for the imperfections sensitiveness parameter are obtained.
