For solving the problem of multiprogrammed stabilization in the case of incomplete feedback in the class of linear and bilinear stationary systems, a method for the synthesis of the state nonlinear identifier of a system of complete order is proposed. A theorem on the necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence of such an identifier is proven. Its output is used for constructing a multiprogrammed stabilizing control.
